When was the last time you really spent time with your skin? Touching it, being present with it, just for the sake of it? We're so consumed by the need to "fix" our skin, that we rarely spend time just touching and connecting with it. Touch is incredibly healing and this meditation will help you change the way you think and feel about your skin and appearance.
This is my signature skin meditation and it's a cornerstone of the work that I do with my clients. You'll get all of the juicy benefits to overall health and wellbeing that meditation has, plus it's a perfect addition to your skincare routine, and you'll need a facial oil to hand for this one.

It can also work on the areas that hold any tightness or stress. Massaging also aids in promoting cell turnover and improving circulation plus it makes your skincare products work harder, as the ingredients are able to penetrate deeper.
