You've probably heard this a million times, but your breath is really so fundamental. It's at the core of everything we do and you'll be using it in this meditation as a tool to both relax and energise you.
This breathing meditation utilises the breath and a mantra (which is a repetition of words or a phrase) as tools to ground you in the present moment and help when you're mind is racing and overwhelming thoughts are flowing in and out.
If you want to tap into your physical body and give it some TLC this will get you there and is ideal for beginner's to meditation too.
